How Diamonds Everywhere processes data.

  1. 1Controller

    Account and library data are processed by the Diamonds Everywhere operator. Privacy contact: privacy@diamondseverywhere.app.

  2. 2Data we collect

    Google or Apple account: provider identifier, email, display name.

    App data: paintings, sessions, photos, notes, collections, stash, settings and consents.

    Technical data: installation id, platform, app version, push token, sign-in IP and security logs.

  3. 3Why we process it

    To run your account, sync your library across devices, show public work, send notifications you enable and protect the service from abuse.

  4. 4Sharing

    We do not sell personal data. We share it with hosting, sign-in (Google, Apple), push delivery and a future payment operator only as needed to run the service. Public profile and painting items are visible to other users.

  5. 5Retention

    We keep account data until you delete the account or withdraw consent where we have no other legal basis. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period. Data exports remain available for 24 hours. Security logs follow the operational retention schedule.

  6. 6Your rights

    You can access, export, correct or restrict your data and delete your account in the app. You can also accept or decline a new document version.

This website

  • Launch list: we store your email, the site language, your consent and the signup date. We write about the launch and, rarely, about the app. Unsubscribe with the link in the email or by writing to privacy@diamondseverywhere.app.
  • Signup addresses live in the same database as app data, on servers in Frankfurt. We never hand them to anyone for advertising.
  • We count visits without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics). There are no ads and no cross-site tracking on this site.
