How do I move my library to a new phone?
Sign in on the new phone with the same Apple or Google account. Library, sessions and Stash download on their own.
The timer does not show on my lock screen.
On iPhone, check that Live Activities are on for Diamonds Everywhere in Settings. On Android, allow notifications for the app.
The legend scanner does not see the codes.
Lay the sheet flat in good light, without glare. Codes the scanner is unsure about get a dashed frame and you can fix them.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, Security and data, Delete account. Or use the account deletion page.
